Shipping Policy

We gladly offer domestic shipping to the 48 contiguous states using USPS priority and UPS ground.

Shipping Fees: We use USPS to calculate shipping costs.​

*Some items may be light weight but due to their measurements and or delicate nature, they may be subject to higher shipping fees.

Return & Exchange Policy

A refund will be granted within 10 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, and still in perfect condition. All tags must be attached, books may not be creased, and all items must be clean with no sign of use or wear. With a receipt or proof of purchase in our system, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid through your original form of payment (via debit, credit card or cash.)

In the event you don't have a receipt or a proof of purchase in our system, we will offer an exchange for pick-up/in-store purchases only.

For returns with a gift receipt, we offer an exchange for pick-up or in-store only.

We are unable to take back items that are old and no longer exist in our system.

If the item has been opened and played with and your child did not enjoy them, you may exchange the item within 10 days via pick-up or in-store. Items must be in "as-new" condition with all of the original pieces included.

Online shipping fees are nonrefundable and purchaser is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.

Defective Merchandise:

If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund within 10 days. After 10 days and with proof of purchase, we will offer a store credit or exchange.  We do not accept returns that are damaged due to mishandling during play.

We do not sell replacement parts. Please contact the vendor directly.
