We are dedicated to delivering the best customer satisfaction. We all love toys and kits, but understand items may be gifted, duplicates, or just not the right item for your child.
For returns submitted within 10 days of receiving your order, we offer a refund or exchanges. Items must be unused, and still in perfect condition. All tags must be attached, books may not be creased, and all items must be clean with no sign of use or wear. With a receipt or proof of purchase in our system, you will receive a full refund in the amount you paid through your original form of payment (via debit, credit card or cash).
In the event you don't have a receipt or a proof of purchase in our system, we will offer an exchange for pick-up or in-store purchases.
For returns with a gift receipt, we offer an exchange for pick-up or in-store only.
We are unable to take back items that are older and no longer exist in our system.
If the item has been opened and played with and your child did not enjoy them, you may exchange the item within 10 days via pick-up or an in-store exchange. Items must be in "as-new" condition with all of the original pieces included.
Online shipping fees are nonrefundable, and the purchaser is responsible for return or exchange shipping fees.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If an item has a manufacturing defect, we will gladly replace it or offer a full refund within 10 days. After 10 days and with proof of purchase, we will offer a store credit or exchange. We do not accept returns that are damaged due to mishandling during play.
We do not sell replacement parts. Please contact the manufacturer directly.
